One of the very cool things about Google is that some very important tools of theirs are FREE
Google Analytics is one of them and it's a very powerful program that allows us to improve a client's online marketing efforts.
A few things that we often find ourselves involved with:
  • Why are some pages/sections in a website drive more traffic and lower bounce rates than others
  • Why people leave certain pages, or steps in a process (i.e. shopping cart abandonment)
  • The effectiveness of different layouts in getting a user to fill out a form (i.e. landing pages)
  • Colors, copy and imagery and their effect on users
