When implemented, this system will seamlessly walk potential suite buyers from a hype and education phase through to conversion and further. The interactive flash presentation will engage the user with impressive video and photography integration. At the end of the presentation the user will be guided to a form capturing their demographic information and interests. After filling out the form, the user will be guided to obtain more information about their particular suite of interset via Jivaldi's Suite Finder Tool.

For the Raiders' suite marketing team, Jivaldi has planned extensive database development which will include both demographic and marketing information. The Raiders will be able to track where they are at in the sales process with each customer including whether the customer has purchased or not. This will lead to the ability to track actual return on investment from Jivaldi's services.

Jivaldi's sports marketing expertise will also be looked at for the Raiders' online efforts.
