Many businesses will find themselves in a situation where they need to create a brochure and a business folder that they can hand out at industry events or meetings.  This is a common scenario.  So here are a couple questions to ask of your team in choosing the right company to tackle the design project.

• Is speed or design the most important aspect of the project?
• Are you looking for something very unique or straight-forward?
• Have you budgeted for design or only printing services?

Depending on how you answer the questions above, this may help steer you to a local print shop (ie. Kinko’s or Copymat) or hire an agency to tackle a unique and compelling design for you.  Jivaldi is happy to take on any type of project, but you’ll first need to determine what the goal of your print project is.  If you need something different and really come up with something special then you are in the right place.  On the other hand, if you need 500 tri-fold brochures by this Friday with a simple layout and generic photos, you’d be better served by going to a local print outlet.

• Are you going to provide the copy for the printed materials or are you seeking the services of a professional copywriter?
• Do you have professional photography that we can use within your brochure?
• Is this a custom project with a four color process, unique binding, and specific paper weight?
