Jim Ivaldi
Jim believes his best attribute is his ability to bring in great talent, get these individuals to work together and deliver great projects.  Jim has always maintained very high standards and has an unyielding passion for technology, marketing and the Internet. With roots in the Silicon Valley, he brings over 12 years of Internet marketing experience to the table.  Continually pushing his team to deliver results, he avoids complacency, fights mediocrity and demands success for his clients.

Luis Orozco
Lead developer at Jivaldi, Luis brings a ton of experience to the table and has opened up a lot of opportunities for Jivaldi with his knowledge.  A fast learner, Luis is quick on his feet and also understands the big picture of the web.  Luis is one of the few hard-core developers that you will ever meet who is able to effectively fuse design & development.

Regis Charton
Jivaldi has some real firepower in Regis Charton.  Jim and Regis met in the Silicon Valley and have worked together ever since.  Regis's first project with Jivaldi was building an online framework for the home building industry in the late 90’s.  This application eventually became a widely used framework via a 3rd Party Agency for major homebuilders throughout the US, and it all started on Jivaldi’s drawing board.  Regis administers one of Jivaldi’s larger client applications for the golf industry and his knowledge of .NET gives Jivaldi the ability to tackle large-scale projects that go beyond simple websites and applications.

'Xavier'
Xavier leads up the design team and is highly skilled in both Interface Design (UI) as well as User Experience (UX).  In addition to his web design skills, Xavier also is amazingly talented in 3D modeling.  Xavier brings a unique style to Jivaldi’s forward-thinking clients and is the go-to designer when Jivaldi is leading the creative process.

'Dashiell'
There is a unique history between Dashiell & Jim.  Dashiell was one of the most widely known designers across the globe at one point. His designs received numerous awards and recognition in the early 2000’s.  Mr.  Ivaldi was so impressed with Dashiell’s work that in 2004, he flew to Texas from California for a 45 minute meeting in Houston International Airport.  This meeting sparked a long term relationship between Dashiell and Jim that continues to this day.  With his recent return, Dashiell brings award-winning design to Jivaldi's table. Keep an eye on us in 2010!

'Usok'
With over 17 years of experience in the Print and Branding industry, Usok is a very successful graphic designer that adds an additional dimension to Jivaldi.  Having worked with clients such as Apple, Usok is able to tackle print-based projects when the need arises.  Additionally, Usok tackles Jivaldi’s identity and logo design projects for clients, and is able to create lasting impressions for companies in a fast-moving business environment.

Al Reyes
Al was brought in as a business analyst and is the glue that helps tie everything together.  A former engineer, Al eventually converted to an analyst.  Having worked at PeopleSoft and other start-ups in the Silicon Valley, Al brings unique experience to the table, ensuring that Jivaldi’s processes are sound, and that Jivaldi is moving in the right direction to maintain steady growth.
